If I have been treated unfairly, I will be concerned
about fairness and justice to others.
If I have felt misunderstood, I will listen to others
and show genuine interest.
If I have been left out , I will welcome and include others.
If I have felt that I have experienced little support,
I will do my best to encourage and support others.
If I have not felt really appreciated, today I will show appreciation
to others.
If the things in life that I don't like are not changing, then I will
make the change in myself.
If I am feeling guilty, I will stop doing the things that make me feel guilty.

deeker thank you for coming up with meaningful and ever so useful messages for us everyday. I know you help me and I imagine a lot of others as well.
Count me in for another 24. I am really desiring and appreciating sobriety right now. Praying for complete lifting of obsessions for any addiction!
