Agree: Kadidee, you ARE great! Good for you for stepping outside of your comfort zone.

Thanks for the kind thoughts, gang. I feel a little better.

I'm glad you're feeling a bit better, Venecia. This is what I was trying to post on your wall yesterday:

Nice flowers. Hope everyone is surviving their respective weather crises and having a good week. I have been having great dreams and sleep lately - not sure if it's all the yoga or it just took 6 months to get healthier. Or maybe because I decided to put a hold on some decisions I was struggling with and wait for the answer to come to me.

Hope things are going better today V.

Sometimes things have a way of working themselves out, Adv, and when you sleep well it makes things so much brighter. I'm glad for you

Heavy snow started here! Packing my suitcase for Florida...week and 1/2 to go!

Played cards with grandchildren this afternoon...try to spend as much time as I can before heading south.
Interesting story...daughter and SIL went out to lunch today..two older women came in the restaurant , placed a baby monitor on the table and ordered drinks,"...........a little later one went out and brought a baby in!, go figure! I think they should be arrested!

OL, sometimes I just want to cuff people on the back of the head. However, having not always having been the paragon of responsibility, I refrain.

Sounds like as a whole things may be on the upswing in our little group. It's been said any times before but it still amazes me how similar our experiences have been through our early sobriety.

My anxiety is improving little by little, still here but I'm banking on closer to the 6 week mark to show me any real improvement. I'm taking the full dose now and I've been lucky enough to avoid most of the listed side effects, except for the yawning. I am a yawning machine. It's actually a little disruptive, I look perpetually bored.

Have a great day! Off to work a couple day shifts!

My vacation plans keep getting spoiled. I want to sleep with the window open and hear the ocean for a few days. My wife wants to pet an elephant. I need to figure out how to kill both those birds in one trip....

Hawaii. Ugh. Can't go back. They don't let you pet elephants everywhere.

I'm kinda on the elephants side with this one. I'd hate to be petted all day.
