I'm sorry its quiet, too, Kaneda...but since I'm at lurker status I have blame as well. Your retreat sounded so challenging and amazing. You pushed your own boundaries and you dealt with other boundaries put upon you but you were in such a wonderfully safe space for all of that to occur, as planned. I have a feeling you are going to feel the effects of what that retreat meant in so many myriad ways that only time will unfold.. I can see you in a few years faced with some random situation, positive/negative/neutral, that you handle and afterwards you will have an, 'ohmyretreat' moment... its going to be very interesting to read about this.... as a chef, I have to equate it to this: your retreat was one of those memorable meals that stick with you, in your memory and muscles and visceral responses for a long time.

and that's why im here man...even when im drinking myself into oblivion you people give me hope.....there is no AA around here....they used to have Friday meetings at the Catholic Church but they were cancelled when nobody came for 3 weeks
