Rolling out of bed at 10:10 am. It's sunny in Portland, ME and it looks like a great day to stay sober. Day two for me. I'll be back tomorrow for another 24 :)

Day 5 (that happened fast!) and another 24 hours for me! I woke up feeling depressed but not with the desire to drink. Took some time, thought about why I probably woke up feeling this way, pinpointed why, and thought of a way to deal with it. I can now go to the gym and on with my day in a good and sober mood.

This completes first day and I'm on to number 2. Need to go to my sister's birthday party tonight so I am bracing myself. Good luck all!

Count me in again this Friday, Jan 24th. :)

9:04 Mountain Time. TGIF. Crazy week. Drinking would have made it much worse and I would be sitting here feeling like crap, depressed and frustrated. Instead, glad to have the worst of the week behind me and looking forward to a nice weekend.
