Good to be here after all those years. I'm grateful for all the support. I hope everyone is feeling good. I've started the TSM method on September 11, 2020, and my life has changed for the better. That one pill one hour prior to drinking is revolutionary and I can safely say that alcohol is no longer an issue.
I hope all is good with you guys, in Australia, Europe, NA and everywhere abroad.

Whoa, I can't believe it. Today it has been 10 years since I quit drinking. Time do fly very fast and I can't believe that that I have now double digit sober time.
A lot of things have happened in that decade: I have lost loved ones, I got married, my husband got sick and has been in home hospice care for a year now, my cat passed away last fall. Through it all, I have not picked up a drink and those past few years, I have not had a single "craving"
I hope everyone is doing good here.

Today is 11 years since I had that moment of clarity and quit drinking.
I have been struggling with grief and depression but I am still sober.
I hope everyone in this class is doing good wherever you are.
