Hello Everyone! Glad you found us! A lot of people with anniversaries today! Which is so awesome!
This day is what we decide to make it! Let's start by signing in and making a
commitment to staying clean and sober for the next 24 hours. Just post your
time and commit!

Gratitude
In the morning let's try not to jump out of bed straight away when we wake up. Let's pause
and choose something that we are thankful for and think about it, while still laying in bed.
We could feel grateful for a beautiful day, for our sobriety, for our partner lying next to us,
our pets, our beautiful children, for the breakfast that we will enjoy and for waking up guilt free.
I am grateful I can scratch an itch, something I was unable to do over 2 yrs ago lying in a nursing
home. So it is not hard to find something to be grateful for today.
Today let's not rush into the day. Let's actually take the time to feel the gratitude. It will put us in
a good space, try it, we will be ready to start the day without effort.
If your day has already gotten off to a bad start. STOP! Just pause.... Start over, breathe..
It's gonna be alright.
When we start the day slow with a bit of inner reflection it gives us a whole new perspective
on the days coming events.
Let's just take one task at a time, no stress, no rush.
As we go on with our day, let's keep on feeling thankful for the things that we do have: a
hot shower, clothes to wear, a good meal, etc.
Feeling gratitude will strengthen our mood, and it's an good way to keep a positive
outlook.
Here's Great song to start the day! I hope you will listen to it.

Dizzy here for a sober Sunday! About to head off to work. As I was walking down the driveway to get the newspaper, it hit me that life is good. Even though I've struggled with sobriety over the past year, my life is so much better than before I went to rehab and entered AA in 2010 <3
