5:20 up early for another day. Day 11 |
Well friends, I blew it. I hurt my back over the weekend and I could barely walk. I was in a great deal of pain and I was really down in the dumps about the whole situation. I justified grabbing a beer Weds night as it would help my muscles 'relax'. One beer led to 11 more and I blacked out. Can't remember much from last night. Apparently that's the way I drink now. One drink equals blackout. I can't keep doing this to myself and my family. Time for a little introspection, and a fresh commitment to stay sober. I will reset my clock to October 3 and try this again. 24 hours at a time. |
