Like my friend Toots, my apologies for a recent absence. As opposed to enjoying my sober life, I was back to some old "trying to control everything" ways. While I didn't "drink" relapse, I for sure had a spiritual lapse.

Back on track and looking forward to 24 hours of freedom from all forms of alcoholic bondage.

7:14am in PA.

Signing up for 24 hours drink and drug free. 7:18am in Jacksonville, Florida.

A guys had 3 glasses of wine last night at a party. so I am back for another 24 hrs please.
I had 30 days done so here's to another 30
