Well Hello Everyone! So grateful you all dropped in to the 24 Hour Club! What we do here is we sign up and make a simple promise to ourselves and each other to stay clean and sober for the next 24 Hours.

As we begin our Friday, let us remember that Friday is no longer a day to reward ourselves with a drink or drug. For that would be no reward at all with all it's negative consequences.

Let's enjoy this Friday with a clear head, let's enjoy our children, our spouses, our friends, each other and build new Happy memories, memories that we will not regret!

One day I had a wish

That my life would one day change

That the pieces once mixed up,
