Hi Junies,

I had one small episode a couple of weeks ago when I found out a dear person in my life had been violently attacked, and I blamed myself for putting her in the situation. She is fine and recovering thank God. I didn't even get buzzed after about 3 orange juice and vodkas. Haven't had anything else nor had the urge since then, so not sure if I'm still a Junie or not, might need a ruling.

Hiya whipster . You can go to any room that makes you feel comfortable , which is most of them really. You could pop into the Octobers class for a look as its a very active thread. Lots of people to talk to . The June one is a bit slow , but still active :-)

you can post wherever you like Whipster - just by virtue of the fact this is an older thread, you might get more feedback in the October or November groups, or on the main Newcomers board tho.

Happy New Years to my fellow Juners. Congratulations to us all on our 6 month anniversary. I don't post on this thread much but want you to know that its nice to know you are walking the same timeline as myself. Thanks. Still underemployed here, but alive and kicking, (and, anathema though it sort of is, drinking occasionally in social situtations, though never to excess). Congrats to you on you 6 mo clean and a new life!
