Hi Fellow Juners. Just checking in for my four month anniversary! I hope we are all starting to get the hand of this.
Allie: Sorry the summer was a challenge for you. Now that you have some time, it will surely get better. As for the job, one will surely come through. You will probably get a couple of offers within a few months. I have really been into that song by Katy Perry “Roar". Makes me feel like I can do anything.

Whipster and Junegirl : Glad you are here too. I have been enjoying the posts and progress!

My challenge has been to try to get my " happy on "
I haven't had much success in finding joy in everyday things .
I got some medication from my doc to help with the depression and feel i am just turning a corner.
I never realised it took so much effort to be " normal " haha :-)

Oh ..ps....i DO get a lot of joy in eating ...gotta watch that ...u know ...addictive personality and all ;-)

Snoozy, food has been bringing me a lot of joy too.
I guess part of finding my "happy" for me is knowing where to go next. I guess drinking keeps you in a suspended state, and now that I'm no longer "suspended" I'm wondering what's next...Hope we all find our "happy", Junesters.
