@ serenityforever: as we have similar nicknames, I noticed your checking in everyday for the last 2 weeks, that gave me hope. Come on, we are doing this together. We'll celebrate one year sobriety together (one day at a time).

I check in for another 24 hours. I am going to see my kids this w/e. They live 500 km away. I'll drive there with my bike. I've done that trip many times, very often very drunk, so grateful i didn't kill anybody.
