SR? This is a great way to start. Sign in with time and location (optional) and make a
simple promise not to drink or drug today. Then come back daily!

Choices
You don't want to stay clean and sober today? Do it anyways.
The hardest things in life are the things we don't want to do.
But the happiness we derive in life often comes from things we don't
want to do.
We reap what we sow. Every choice I have made in life has brought
me to where I am today.
If I am not happy about that then I have to make better choices.
I am who I am today because of my own choices.
I can not blame anyone . So it's time I get over it.
Today I can be who I choose.
Let's choose to be clean and sober this 24 Hours.
What are the immediate benefits of choosing to stay clean and sober today?
A morning after free of guilt shame and remorse.
A sigh of relief on the faces of our loved ones.
That is good enough reason for me right now.
What is going to change my future? Doing the next right thing today.
This 24 hours is all I have to worry about.
Let's make the right choice even if it is a little uncomfortable for
the consequences of not making the right choice could be a whole lot
more painful.
