MB, WWG, Percs - and anyone else feeling sluggish, down or just finding it hard or tough. Hang in. We all have those days - some times too many of them strung in a row but for sure they do pass. They rear their ugly heads again but if you can get through them once you can keep doing it over and over and be able to enjoy the fun, joy and ease in between!

When I am feeling depressed, I repeat to myself statements such as these:
Pain is the touchstone of progress,... Fear no evil,..... This too, will pass,....And this experience can be turned into a benefit.
These little things from different prayers bring more than just comfort to me.. They keep me on track of right acceptence. I have to accept whatever it is , and it will be okay.
They break up my compulsive themes of guilt, depression, anger , pride....
And then sometimes gives me the power to have the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference...

Home from work ready to sleep! Today ended up being another busy day! I also called my dad and said I can't make it tomorrow, he's pretty upset but I don't wanna be around beer and stuff when I already would've been uncomfortable in a house full of strangers.

09.15 Easter Sunday
Good morning Easter undies
I slept well last night apart from the house phone ringing at just turned 1 a.m, someone had sent a stupid text message to the land line, didn't know the number so we didn't phone back. It always panics me when the phone rings in the night so it took me a while to get back to sleep.
It's a beautiful morning, still frosty but the sun is shining. I've not got anything planned for today other than family.

Beautiful song that Nel, makes me realise how lucky I am. Love the cracked eggs, that's the sort of thing I do with my tribe. Such fun.
I love your outlook on life HD3, I have a little book that I write all my favourite quotes in, many of them I found on here.
BF. so proud of you and you should be too, that was a really wise decision, why put yourself under all that strain, your Dad will get over it and you can always go and see him another day and spend some quality time with him. We can't please everyone, all the time, sometimes we have to please ourselves.
Hi Midnight, no the snow has gone where we are, we've had a few really beautiful days, very cold still, but sunny and dry and the mornings are light now. Our clocks went forward last night and it's the first day of summer here today.
I'll be thinking of you today, good luck and let us know how it goes. Love your pic, it's very spring like.
