Why does it seem like I get a cold whenever I try to do something nice for my body like exercise more or stop drinking? I didn't even bother getting out of my pj's today since I work from home.
Today would have been day 14 without that little accident on Sunday. Even Williams (aka Whiskey) did nothing for my sore throat.

Morning of day 3. A little slow to get out of bed, but it's raining out so I'll use that as my excuse. Plan for the day is a quick surf check and maybe surf, but if not, yoga, get some cleaning done and in to work early.
I'm still not caught up with posts , but good vibes are going out to everyone who has had both triumphs and setbacks the past few days. Stay strong!
