Thanks Dee! I guess it's best to look at it that way. It's not for long, it won't be beige forever but beige is what I probably need right now.

I'm going to stop thinking about tomorrow, or next month and just focus on right now.

Hey James

Have to admit, it has been challenging at times being Sober Me when I have been Binging Me for years. There are times I would just sit and stare into space not know what to do because I wasn't drinking, which was my routine.

Right now I am staying busy and trying not to ponder the larger questions until I feel a bit more confident that the largers questions won't super-charge my AV voice.
