A "God Box" sounds like a good idea.......... just take something you want to put notes in and make it your "God Box".... this is something special to you as a reminder to add notes to. Write notes on a piece of paper : 0 ) an origami folded crane or something simple. Before folding that piece of paper write a note ...... a special note you don't want anyone to see or a Note to God.. A prayer.. or wish of some sort....

Tuck it into this God Box and keep adding special notes to this "God Box".
Decorate this "God Box" in a way that makes it special to you.... and only you..

Take time to do these notes each day or once a week.... just to see how recovery goes each week....... make it something special .... make it a Prayer ....
