Good morning lovely undies and a happy Tuesday to you all. I'm sat in work right now taking complaint calls for an hour, it's just wonderful getting shouted at this time of the day by irate customers, not!, some people are just sooo rude, good job I've got a sense of humour!

Morning Nicky, Glad to hear your feeling a bit better. Have a safe jorney to your brother's. I can relate totally to what you said about complacency, that's what happended to me previously so I need to make sure it doesn't happen again. I find reading my early posts sometimes helps me keep on track.

Hi EFC A warm welcome to this class, the *Undies* as we call it. I hope your day wasn't too stressful. You will find lots a great support here. hang on in there,in the beginning I felt as though everything was so stressful but the longer I stay sober the easier it becomes. I truly mean that. Hello everyone

I didn't get online yesterday, my poor dog was injured and had to drive up north a few hours to see vet. Who specializes in eye injuries. Trying to save her vision and eye. Will post more later.

Thanks Midnight, just trying to juggle all the medications, eye drops are the hardest. Going tomorrow to get update on condition again.

The holidays are here, for those who celebrate them. I'm trying to think about what I want to do, versus the expectations I put on myself in the past. Some invitations, I will probably not accept this year. Being around alcohol and staying sober is possible, but not advisable (for me). I am not going to glamorize alcohol this year. I have to be honest, in the past, I have.
