Hi WWG! I'm still here, just haven't posted much. Still reading and following my September class. I'm glad to see you're doing well and on day 8, and made it thru an NFL Sunday sober!
Why must you always bring up poutine! Lol. Even tho I live in canada, the poutine where I am isnt as good as what I had in derby, vt, where they made it with cheese curds. Mmmmmmmm....

I'm reading everyone's posts, sorry I haven't commented much lately. I've been crazy busy but that's a good thing!
Quick update on me.... 47 days. Holy cow I can hardly believe it. Feeling great most of the time. Learning gratitude and discovering the power of prayer to my still vaguely formed idea of an HP.
Making sober friends.... I had lunch and went shopping with another girl from AA. It was great. Boyfriend not hanging out with me as much now that I'm not drinking. That's ok.
I got a sponsor! Getting ready to do step 4.
Have a goodnight all and I hope to see you on the podium tomorrow, although I guess it is tomorrow already for some of you!

Another dry and sober week for me, sober since 2nd September, 49 days.
A full, 7 weeks.............
That is the longest I have been sober in my adult life.
Sorry I can't comment on poutine or baseball as we don't have that in Scotland but I am so glad that so many of you are doing well.
I am on the podium today and am starting to feel very proud and in control.
Welcome to all my fellow teetotallers and to those who have given in to temptation.
Just dust yourself down and stay sober again.
You can do it.

JUST FOR TODAY, I will do something positive to improve my health. If I'm a smoker, I'll quit. If I am overweight, I will eat healthfully - if only just for today. And not only that, I will get off the couch and take a brisk walk, even if it's only around the block.

Morning to all,
Tough weekend at work but very fulfilling.Have been able to catch up on most of posts this morning,sure wish I could type better as I would have more to say(although you all should be glad I can't).I am proud of everyone in this class and really do draw strength from you.One month as of yesterday!!!

I am here on Podium Monday on day 9. It was a good weekend, but the AV was yaking a lot. I hope that you have a Blessed and Sober day. I hope to see my friend SoberJim here today. Thanks you Grace you have been a great support through all of this.

Drybuss, that's awesome! I'm sure it'll be nice to have someone close to offer and get encouragement from - for you both!! The only way I quit this time was because my husband quit too. It's been an enormous help!
