Welcome to September class parkec100. :-)
Groder - Have a great holiday, sounds great i love hiking, check in and say hi if you can, be great to here alls good with you.
Telco, hope22 - my sleep pattern was really screwed up, it gets better! I can sleep for England now so hang in there.
Eli - 8th, eat loads don't worry about calories, i found when i was hungry i didn't sleep, that made me tired n grumpy which is one of my triggers. Stay full and sleep for now everything will fall into place later.
Lefthook - that's 2 beautiful kids you have there, massive reason to stay sober. Great pics.
Day 29, still can't believe I've done this.
Going to have a great day taking my lad to Rugby practice this morning, then going to get some work done on my motorcycle restoration project. Its nice to have the extra cash i would have spent on drink to do other things with. :-)
Have a happy sober Sunday everyone. Podium dancing shoes on for tomorrow. X

My lad forgot to bring his Rugby boots home from school, Doh, no Rugby today.
driftapart, good luck with the puppy. We have an little dog we rescued years ago when my lad was little. He was already named Jimmy so he fitted right in haha, i'm sure he would be on this class if he had a drink problem.

I did not cave last night, and feel so proud. I am on day 8, and usually NFL Sundays are tough for me. But, I made plans with a co-worker/friend that does not drink. I am going over to his home to watch the Patriots game. I am supposed to bring my daughter as well, so she can play with their child. Not sure if my daughter will go with me, she has a stuffy nose and sore throat. I wish all of you the best, and can't wait to see you on the podium tomorrow.
wwg...today is going to be interesting..Football Sunday... just going to stay busy..
Onygood thing for me a local watering holes free football food took a big step backword this year....there down to wings and hot dogs..the wings go very fast..still dont know when they go out...i gotthe last four grease drench , atery clogging, heart stopping wings...finished my beer and bolted...waiting for my heart tostop....last sunday...thevy dropped local pizzas this year..thankfully.
It also will help that my local team is blacked out.

Good Morning September Family!
Wecome newcomers! (Samwitch, drybuss, Parke, Hope and whomever I missed) Glad you are with us. STAY PUT!
Avra & Park, Hang in there you can do it. Stay with Us!
LindyLoo- Congrats on day 15!
LeftHook- Your Babies are gorgeous! You have a lot to live for and you are doing great!
8thPhoenix & Eli- I've been eating more then normal, going to try to only concentrate on recovery, and not obsess so much on my weight gain... I keep being told, "This too shall pass!". (It better)
WWG- Is it 8 days now? WooHoo!
each hurdle you pass will make you stronger for the next. Keep up the good work!
Telco and Hope- 1 Week today right? Congrats!
SoberS- is it 26 days or 27? Wonderful!
Jimuk- Wow! 29 days...Tommorow at the podium, I guess we'll both and (I think a couple others) will be dancing a 30 day jig! Congrats!
I'm so proud of everyone one for hanging in there, not giving up and for coming back regardless.
Hoping you have a wonderful sober 24 hours!
We all deserve a big hug!
