so as not to clutter up our thread, would the powers that be allow a thread called 'guess the movie' which will just be snapshot of scenes for users to guess the film

Hi Hi - Just checking in. Starting to feel normal again. I got my appetite back, focusing better and getting my energy back. I really have mixed feelings about this stage. I remember last time I was at this stage and as I start to feel better was difficult to stay on track.. especially going into the weekend. But I did it. I want to plan my weekend activities today so I have a healthy non alcohol path to follow but man.. I have a lot of anxiety around getting through the weekend.

iancal, these are only my thoughts, and everyone is different, but i found facing head on what I feared the most really helped. Fear is a form of anxiety and just by avoiding a subject or place may in fact have a negative affect and make you think about what your trying to avoid all the more. jut keep thinking how well your doing, and be proud, walk tall, gloat, pat yourself on the back, you deserve it.

Feeling better was a problem for me too...I found I could rationalise away my drinking history very easily when things were going great.
Reading my old posts helped reground me though.
I found support really helped when I started to doubt my way ian....whether it's just SR or SR and something else, use it as much as you can.
