Well , I'm loving the Australian Open coverage. Besides the years spent playing, I probably like the late , late hours the live matches are on.
It starts at 9pm and goes thru the night !
Really surprised my favorite Aussie (Sam Stosur ) got knocked out the tourney yesterday.
As fit as most players are on the woman's tour, she brings it up one,
...............or two more notches !?!

Very sad about Carol
2 more days for me guys and then 3 years!! I still pinch myself!
Been through a bit of a rough time lately, which explains my absence but I am fighting back. Fighting back sober is a new concept for me. My life has been going pretty smoothly since sobriety and then BAM!

I miss my Aprillers.
When I quit drinking, it was a Sunday. I only wanted to make it to Friday. Just to see if I could go five days, with no drink.
Well, I made it to Friday and just kept going, with the support of Yukonm, Fellow Aprillers, and many others like Dee. I kept on going, and now I am less than an hour until I am at three and a half years sober.
So I think about you all, and our journey, and sometimes I shed a tear thinking back to it - how amazing, and new it began, then how we got to know each other a bit, and offer support.
Thanks guys and dolls (I'm a Thespian), thanks for being there. I hope you're all doin well.
