Ya can't miss a breath around here, can ya! Aussie, I'm not so fit, but I have found the value in exercise for my mental well-being. And, thus far, its working. If I keep it up, maybe I will be fit!

It's a beautiful night. A normal drinker would be on their back deck enjoying the sunset tonight. Too bad that description doesn't fit me!

Nice!!!!! My wife is trying to figure out why I am laughing out loud while sitting at the key board. Normally I am cursing at it in the evenings working. I am rarely on here(SR) in the evenings. What a nice break.
Lofty_ I am so glad you are back. Why on earth would we not want you with the marchers?
Dee- I most definitely do not want to create more work for you so I guess that I will just have to stay where I am.

I have discovered that benefit myself , I try to walk 1/2 an hour daily it does wonders for clearing the head.

Good morning marchers. It is a beautiful day here in the SE. Cooler temps somehow in August. I am not complaining. I hope that all is well in your reality. Pretty nice in mine today. Peace, Love and Happiness to all.

Glad SR is back up! Went to a mtg when I couldn't get on and think I know who I will ask to be my first ever sponsor. Yes, in 28 yrs of the program, I've never had a sponsor. Good night, all!

I noticed it was down, too. Hey, that's great, Lofty! I called my insurance company today to find out about mental health coverage. Turns out if I choose a therapist "in network" it's only a $25 co-pay per visit. Ummm...guess I don't have that money excuse really.
