I am still struggling with a whine. I'm hungry but that is a bit pathetic as I am at home surrounded by food and cookbooks.
I am going to put together a couple of lights I bought...this should produce a whine or two as I need better lighting in the room to put them together...but I bought them because room has inadequate light.

What a quantity of quality whines to open new thread (now have to go back & find the multitude I've missed by not checking in for a few hours as ASLEEP)
Gonna risk getting thrown off by beginning with - I LOVE MY LIFE at the moment. Is filled with peace & plenty of time. This is almost entirely due to the absence of 3 members of the family.
I know, am awful wife & mother (ooh, whine 1).
They all come back on Thurs, so normal chaos will immediately be resumed (there, whine 2).
Expect upswing in entries to this thread - if I can find the time (Yay, a 3rd!)

And I found my whine!
First light was all in one piece (so felt like idiot as could have been using it for last three days if I had actually opened box)
Floor light was pain in *** and one screw wandered off on its own. Put packaging on studio table and while crawling around looking for missing screw, I discovered the packaging (well, actually me) had pushed off a cup with some purple ink in it. And it had gone down my pale turqouise walls and onto Swiss ball which had then rolled across the carpet leaving a lovely purple trail.

ok...Its 4am and I aint sleepy, Its 85 degrees in my pad, and I'm sweaty. I know, I know, last week I was whining bout the cold rain..well living on the shore of Lake Erie..our weather seems to go from extreme to extreme...so there will be lotsa whining bout the weather....Peace Out Ya'll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have now managed to keep down second piece of toast in 3 days(although stomach is doing flip flops).... 3 days and only 2 pieces of toast. That is a worthy whine if I have ever heard of one.
I want to feel better, how long do these bugs go on for? My wee man will be back from dads tomorrow...I can't be sick!!

the spilled purple ink whine was SPECTACULAR!!!! especially ball and the trail.
yep, it is 72 degrees here at 7AM, sad to hear of 2 drownings, riptide and people who do not wear lifejackets while rafting.
nice job on keeping the whining very neat to 499....

Tomorrow is the day Jet Blue here I come
I hate to fly but I have figured out it is only because of my control issues go figure lol
I am such a geek I always get a window seat and someone asked me the other day in a mtg if you hate to fly why would you sit by a window and I couldn't believe what came out of my mouth. "Well if we are gonna crash I want to be able to look and see before we hit
Now how is that for thinking positive?
Have a tatonnement Tuesday
(experimentation; trial and error) Except w/flying of course.

No whines yet but it's going to be another HOT day here. 
And I overslept by almost two hours!! Now am getting a late start to this hot day... Queeny, you can have all the hot weather, I'll ship it to ya! It's already 82 degrees F and only ten am!

Toronto!!!!! i have been running my shoes under the faucet after dog walking for 2 weeks...then vacuuming the clippings too...i like the smell but hate the bugs.
i have a "grat-whine"...I got the price of the granite for my bathroom....GULP....but I got a very good price and very big discount...considering I went for big curved shelves and a good sized overhang elbow shelf that is one piece from vanity to over the toilet...with sink and installation, tax...the discount is close to 40%....
I am trying to justify the $$$ I am spending by telling myself...it is a good investment to the house improvement...(anyone else would be charging me more than double what i am spending).....it will add to the value of the house if I decide to sell....and I work hard, I save my $$$ and I absolutely deserve to live in a nice place if I can afford to. I am NOT pouring the $$$ down my throat as I did when drinking....I saved for an entire YEAR to do this, bring lunch from home and work many weekends.
it's that little stupid voice inside my head sometimes...(makes me think i am not worthy)??? I need to kick that bad feeling to the curb.
