Hope everybody is doing well. I'm still in rehab and will be till Nov. 4th. I never thought this time last year I would be spending 6.5 months in rehab. I seriously doubt I would be alive if I didn't though.

Keep up the good work everyone!

Sobreity. Love it but can't spell it.

I noticed today I think about alcohol less and less. I have more freedom in my mind, I am more stable in my emotions, I sleep better and relate better to others. What's the downside ????

Hi guys. I went to the supermarket yesterday morning. I had an attack of being amazed that I was there, sober and grateful. Then I was grateful that I was grateful.

I'm having trouble with gratitude lately. I will offer up that for the first time in my life, I'm on antibiotics without drinking, so I can get rid of this infection in my leg.

I'm rapidly approaching 6 months; another 20 days or so. Life pretty much sucks right now. There are many days that I just want to throw in the towel and drink all the problems away. So I guess I'm back to taking it one day at a time or one minute at a time most days.

Doing good here. About another month to go and I get to go home after 6.5 months in rehab.
