I remember you Ttqttfg from my early days. I want to guess that the q,f,and g in your name represents "quitting for good". Congratulations on your 130. I'm looking forward to all of the upcoming milestones. For me, it's just about feeling good.

I am noticing I am more aware of my senses. This morning the smell of the clean sheets was amazing !
