Welcome Nuggetsnosauce! Working on day 18 here, but I've been smoking cigarrettes occasionally again. I'm going to try to be healthier in 2011. Now that I'm working on being sober might as well be sober and healthy!

LOL Nikkle - it was 72 yesterday and supposed to be in the teens tonight. 
Crazy Oklahoma weather!
Day # 29 here on NYE. Can't wait to see what it feels like to not have a horrible hangover on NY day. It will the first for me in a very long time!

Happy Day 29 betterlife4me! It is snowy and freezing here in Oregon. Didn't help waking up this morning to the back door wide open because my Honey didn't properly shut it last night when he came in from the hot tub, hhhhaaa hhhhaaa!!!

Congrats to all of us for making it through NYE sober!
Day # 30 today! Still can't believe it is NY day and I don't feel like crap
I am just so glad the holiday stuff is over and ready for a fresh start in a new year.

Waking up to day 5 for me....I can't manage to sleep fully thru the night. I went to bed at 1030p...woke up at 3am been awake ever since...its now 5am. I want to get get up at 630am, but i may push my community service back another day because of this 
I just got over a cold and it seems like another one is setting in grr.
Nonetheless I'm grateful to be sober

Today is day 4. I'm going back to work with a head that is clearer than it has been in a while. I'm so thankful to have found this site. I slept better last night than I have in a looong time. I just feel so happy to know I haven't had a drink since last year! LOL!

Congrats to all of you for your time sober! I am on day 2 LOL! Work will be happy that I'm coming back tomorrow.I haven't been in 2 days 
I'm nervous to go back to work because everyone is going to be asking if I am ok. But I will survive. Thankful that I have a job still to go back to. Keep up the good work everyone!

Hi everyone,
Day 15 here. Today has been pretty blah and depressing after reading some of the headlines in the news this morning. (I vow not to read the news first thing in the morning anymore). But coming here tonight has lifted the dark cloud tremendously tonight.
