Tood a nap to take up time while the electricity was off... woke up and it was still on! They'd not done the work today! Oh well, at least I got a good nap tho now I'm still sleepy even after a cup of espresso!

I DVR MadMen every week! to watch again while i clean (needless to say the episodes are piled up, because i have not done a good cleaning)...this weekend it is steamy-mop time, the floors are ICKY.

I do my short lecture on "medical ethics for students"...it's just a chalkboard talk....but I often think they may be focusing on if I ate too much Chinese food and my outfit looks "tight"....you know 10 lbs of ......in a 5 lb. bag.....

I did hear those magic words this AM...."FANDY, you HAVE LOST WEIGHT"!!!! i was smiling for HOURS...even in those terrible flouresent (sp) lights in the hospital bathroom, i have confirmed....much thinner face! i am giving Sammy the credit for this, he gets me moving every day, night and day.
