Whiners Anonymous...Part 37
May the pain go away and stay away, Least.
LTT, I hope everything gets fixed & you can enjoy your trip in spite of it all.
Fandy, that was great - made me forget my problems while I watched - very clever. I'll never look at pigeons the same way again.
My whine - I am now the foster mom of 5 kittens and their mother. We started feeding a little stray during the blizzard in Feb. not knowing she was pregnant - she looked so young. She brought the Baby Daddy with her, too. 7 cats welfare in my hands. :help

The backache from hell has been banished for the time being. Now maybe can walk the dogs. Heyvn, maybe you could apply for some cat 'welfare'... After all, there are children involved.

Fandy, during that clip all I could think of was Some days you're the pigeon, other days you're the statue.
Ann, did you hear the one about the guy who said, I wear my wife's eyeglasses because she wants me to see things her way. Godspeed Bubba.
Had a routine dr's appt today. It was in the same building and waiting area as dentist, dr. slaughter. It occurred to me how amazingly different we (I) respond when called in to see each of these doctor types, even while in the same waiting room.
When my name was called today, I noticed that I perked up and kinda rose from my seat thinking, Yes ladies and gentlemen, I have been chosen. The doctor will see me now while you continue to sit and wait.
Yet just last week, when my name was called to see dr. slaughter I remember thinking, I'm screwed now.
What's up with that???

gee Hevyn, 7 more mouths to feed...time to take pics. after the eyes are open and place thm for adoption...you can start hanging out in the catfood section of walmart /Petsmart with flyers....or a jar asking for donations to feed them.
my vet used to be my childhood neighbor...He looks like George Harrison (if he were alive)...he does NOT sing Hari Krishna....
it takes 4 years to graduate medical school...it takes 5 years to graduate veterinary school, then you can specialize just like a human doctor, get an advanced degree in "snakes management", chicken farming..mostly disease control.
i used to hang out with my old vet when he was removing Slim's crystals from his urethra with a catheter.....

Hevyn, I really think divine intervention was at hand when momma stray landed on your doorstep.
Try to look on the bright side:
LTT - enjoy your sunny FL trip! A friend of mine is trying to get me to move down there with her. Leave all your troubles behind and enjoy!!
Least - I'm gonna have to talk to that back pain fairy I sent your way last time. Seems her magical pain remover fairy dust might be a placebo!
Try to look on the bright side:
- They're not rabbits!
- You'll never have a mouse problem.
- They'll never need braces.
- You'll never have to buy them a car.
