Fantastic, Sher - a new day dawns for you! I hope our other Whiners have good fortune today, too.

Sher, it's amazing how God just keeps working in our lives, and I am so thrilled that you got your place so quickly.

No whines yet from me, I slept in and need to wake up first.

Pass the coffee please.

We got the apartment!

That is wonderful news! I will keep you and mama in my prayers.

No whines here except for it's still really cold and I didn't win the lottery last night.

good morning everyone, i'm back...yesterday i truly felt like crapola.....i thought it was just allergies, i had a sinus headache all day, couldn't fall back to sleep and thought too much...when i think too much i get depressed.....so i just wallowed in it....i read 2 books to distract myself...it passed the time, but i still feel depressed.

i still have my headache but it's time to get back up and start moving. i have furniture to move, and stuff around the house which needs doing...maybe getting out will pull me out of my funk.

Late Whine: From Friday. Spent hours in the hospital with my father. He is having tests. Husband ordered pizza and then called me to pick it up. It wasn't ready and I stood in the "liquor" store for 10 minutes and marveled at the the different bottles that there are. I was looking at them from an artistic point of view. Some are very nice looking. Anyway...pissed me off that he would ask me to do that. I did mention it to him when I got home...not a nice thing to do...or wave his bottle in front of my face and tell me how long it has lasted..he just doesn't get it.:wtf2

Have a good day whiners.

Now see, this is where I maybe need to take God off Speed dial and learn to wait my turn. He's letting me know that. That God, what a kidder.

I'm so happy for you Sher. What started out as your worst nightmare is now a dream come true. Funny how life works out like that sometimes.

Still no whines from me, but I'm working on it.

HB, I would send you some of my killer chili, guaranteed to cure anything, but I hate cooking and have none made up.
Hope you feel better anyway.

Still whineless in Canada.

There may be some whining coming from my house this week...but it won't be me.

Queeny is spring shopping this week and King Bubba
may have a little whining of his own. I have tissues
just in case.

PATTEE!!!!

Never -- and I mean *never* -- accuse a whiner of being cured!!!

I've got *lots* of whines stored up.
Spent almost $200 on my car today that I *really* couldn't afford.
Most of which was on the AC - that didn't work when it was 91 degrees the other day!
But, today, I spent freezing my hiney off! And I had to turn my heat back on too! :>(

There's more bills than cash...

The workers dropped off my ladder that they took. It's broken. I'll add that to the bill too. We're going to end up in court. They want me - now - to pay for their gasoline, (over $500.00), AND their FOOD, (almost $200)!!! Yea, like, dunkin donuts they picked up on the way to work!!! They are absolutely CRAZY!!! :wtf2:
Not gonna happen!
Perhaps I'll give them a bill for all the times I fed them? ARSEHOLES!
They did not give me my receipts. They gave me copies. Many without store names. Many cut off. I cannot tell what the hell they are. And I'm not taking COPIES! I want MY RECEIPTS!

Was at a school - on the third floor - the other day. No elevator! I have to carry *everything* since I do not have a classroom anymore. And I have asthma!
This is a *clear* violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 - yep, 20 years ago!!! What do they do when a kid breaks a leg, I want to know? It's *got* to happen! Do they tell the kid to stay home, and violate his/her right to an education??? Jimminy Christmas!!!

I was at another school earlier in the week. Every other period, I was on the third floor then the basement! They *had* an elevator, but, didn't give me a key! Oh, and they gave me first period off! Rush to get there, have first period off, then bounce back and forth between the basement and the third floor. I refused to climb the stairs carrying all my stuff. I had to wait until someone came by with an elevator key. And I did *not* give a crappola if I was late to class! Give me a freakin' key! They give one to the kids for crying out loud, but, not to a teacher with 25 years experience??? That's nothing but INSULTING!!!

Hey, Pattee....enough whines?
I got more....

Ozy,
We love you despite your spelling.... *hug*

I'm heading to bed, fellow whiners.

Shalom!
