Well I don;t know your sponsor Bubba - maybe they know something I don't...but I'm sober and I'm not always happy full stop, let alone always happy just to be sober...it's hard work, especially in the beginning.

I'm relieved I'm not living like I used to, and grateful for what I have...I'm definitely happier...and I'm in a good place generally, even when the you know hits the fan... but I don't think there's very many people always happy, sober or not. Life is simply not made that way, in my experience.

It all takes work, and time, just like everything else I guess...
the love you take is equal to the love you make and all of that...

Don't give in just yet TB
