Forgive me for being so ignorant to the how things are done here. But what exactly is the newbie bus? I'm new and currently looking for some advice or support to get me out of a drug related rut.

hopefully, seeking recovery and sobriety,

being in it, and learning how to stay in it...

you can post a bit about your self in the newcomers to recovery forums,

and look around the substance abuse forums, there's loads of info and support there...

If I'm allowed to make a "backseat driver" suggestion.....anywhere away from all this pine pollen that is turning roads, cars, buildings a yellowy-green color and making my eyelids swell up like balloons and my head to throb would be great!
