I spent my day in the Everglades shooting (with camera) gators.
It was such a great day, I am totally whineless, but promise to do better tomorrow.
This gator gal was just checking me out, next to the boat and posed for me nicely...

Actually, it's been rather creepy. We've tried to keep the birds fed with all the snow, and now hundreds of them hang out in the yard all day. They're getting braver, too - now they don't fly away when we come outside. (I do look a little like Tippi Hedren, come to think of it.)

My friend didn't show up on time..had to reschedule test

got a temp job....low pay but income...lasts 3.5 weeks
BUT!!!!!!!! I gotta start getting up at 5:30 am 6 days a week

Had to reschedule my rescheduled test.....can't take off before 2pm each day....take the test now on my only day off....

Three appointments today...
Dentist -- have to get a wisdom tooth pulled.
Does this mean I won't be wise anymore?
Or, I won't be a wise-guy anymore?
Chiropractor -- all's going well there.
Dermotologist -- all's very well there. He doesn't need to see me again, unless something changes!
Time for bed. Going looking for tiles again tomorrow. Meeting my friend for lunch. She's coming with me. Should be fun.
But, I'm not getting *anything* I *needed* to get done during this vacation, done! OY!

I woke up too early this morning!
And I went to bed, too!
So, that settles it.
I'm going to sleep on my chair,
where I can get a decent night's sleep!
And, I woke up to find
58 emails on my computer!
I got a virus at some point
which hijacked my email list....
So, anyone who is on my email list...
DO NOT OPEN A SUSPICIOUS EMAIL FROM ME
Cuz, it's *not* from me!!!
Please spread the word, too, ok?
I'm running my stuff right now to fix it.
And, I'm sorry.
Lot's to do today.
Seeing a new counselor
who uses the chinese principles of Chi,
or life energy, and how it moves
through the body's meridian system to
eliminate psychological problems and often
physical ones too.
I'm hoping to quite smoking again this way.
Since it was stress that led me back
after a two year quit.
He thinks he can help.
Anyway, gotta go.
Things to do; people to see!

The unbelievable irresponsibility of (two of) my kids is driving me mad!!! I know that their 'problems' aren't my concern... but they become my concern when having to, for example, take them with me to a funeral and they can't be ready on time.... so we're all late!
Am sick of them always wanting me to 'rescue' them from the problems brought about by their irresponsibility! (I don't rescue them, but then they b!tch me out for not 'caring' about them!!)
I'd like to give them an infusion of responsibility....

Teach, sadly this happens often. I never open any e-mails that are sent to groups, nor do I send group e-mails. It's just way too risky and I need my computer to stay virus free.
My whine today? February is flying by way too fast and I am not ready to return to the north yet. I love sunshine and palm trees, even if it's been cool here too.
Anyone want to adopt me? I'm really no trouble and I could learn to eat grits if I had to.
