I have a worthy whine. Got into a shopping cart war at Walmart with an old grouch. You know how the aisles are never wide enough? It seems I came too close to her and side swiped her cart - causing her to yell at me, "Can't you be more careful?" She then backed up her cart and deliberately smashed it into mine! I couldn't believe someone would act so juvenile. I was tempted to smack her with the broom I was buying, but thought better of it.

Major whine alert!!!
Since I took out the wood stove
- which hasn't sold yet -
My oil bill jumped to $250/month!
Was spending @ $40/month with the wood stove going.
Got my electric bill.
Had to get two lil electric radiators for the dining room,
until I can get the new gas "wood stove" heater.
And I can't get that until the stairs get moved.
But, the bill...I digress...
It used to run @ $75/month.
This month was $257!!!
Over $500/month for heat!!!
And I was COLD all month!!!
I mean, I am used to a toasty warm house
with the wood stove!
And I definitely *cannot* afford $500/month for HEATING my house!!!
It didn't help that the workers did *not* do a great job closing things up.
Ripped open walls and left for days.
Ripped open the ceiling to the attic and left for the weekend.
Pulled out the old dryer vent and put a rag in the hole to the outside.
Left it there for two weeks!
So, I let them know that this *cannot* continue - at all!
I love them. They do great work.
But, I'm *not* paying those type of energy bills.
If they are going to be doing stupid stuff like this...
*THEY* can pay my heating bills!
Whine over.

..here's mine..
..i bought a Japanese CD so to learn how to get color on my new
plasma TV..( ya know the one i mean?)..anyway.. i can't understand
a single word their saying!!!
..so i ring the sales dude and he says i need a Chinese CD so as
to translate the instructions for that DVD player(remember that one
i got for xmas and blew out the kitchen?)
..anyway!..so as i can program the 'language format' from Japanese ..
..wait for it..to........Australian..
...anyway..to cut a long story,short..
..i have color on the 'plasma'..
..and everybody speaks ..Turkish!!!!..
..you don't believe me..Oz always speaks the truth..

Teach, we got our gas fireplace up and running and use it for most of our heat now (cheaper than hydro and cozy having a fire each day).

Anyone notice how Dee is a sideline supportive whiner? Cheers us on, highlights our whininess, in so few words? My whine is related to that. I cannot say anything in less than a paragraph or two.

CMC, I think we're heading back to Florida for February. PM me your phone number again, okay?, I lost my note when I cleaned out my suitcases last time.
My whine? Certain Kings named Bubba who think you can just up and take off for a month without making arrangements first. Just because Queeny makes life look easy, is no reason to roll eyes over a list of things "to do" first. Rolling eyes at Queeny is not a wise thing to do.
