Just in from work, a meeting (Step 7) and then a jewelry demonstration with my daughter. I don't like jewelry demonstrations, actually I don't like any demonstrations, lol but it was good for me and my daughter to spend time together out of the house.
Heading to bed early tonight, been up since 4am, so everyone have a good night.
And it is so much fun Living In Sobriety. Thanks to each of you for making me laugh today. I love to laugh. I love being sober. I am grateful to be sober and be able to laugh.

Hi everybody -
Not quite sure how I'm feeling tonight.
The bad news: Today was as stressful as I expected, and I still don't have things resolved. AT ALL.
The good news: It wasn't more stressful than I expected and the event doesn't begin tomorrow. THANK GOD!
I finally realized at 7:30 pm that I'd never gotten around to eating breakfast or lunch after diving right in to all the phone calls, emails, etc. that I needed to make! I made up for it though with two huge bowls of pasta before getting down to business again.
Well -- anyway, going to try and get some sleep before I tackle tomorrow. I'll need it so I can cope.
I'm thinking of all of you and about your needs too, believe me. Whenever I felt the panic coming on, all I had to do was think of you, my SR friends going through similar stuff. Pretty awesome, really.

Up again at 4:00, my HP must want me to reap the rewards of a very full day. Complete silence, the stillness of the world at this hour, helps me to really listen to my HP.

of course once again , silly me....it SHOULD say lol poor rowan she will never live down the poppy stick. I wonder will she think of us and smile quietly to herself from time to time as she works lol. We have left some damaging thoughts....
