She's stifling her own screams as she bites down on aluminum foil....!
teach, do you have the Deer in the headlight look?
Teach, those drops enlarge our pupils and make them very very light sensitive. It's not good to drive after having the drops, and wearing sunglasses (even indoors) can help. I've had them before and know your pain.
No whines yet from me, it's early and my whines haven't woke up yet.

I've got the largest irises you've ever seen! LOL!
Hope your headache gets better and that your eyes are fine. Good to have doctors who are pro active and checking things out in the early stages before a 'nuthin' becomes a 'something', ya know?
Today's whine is it's cold and windy and rainy out and I have to drive around in it all day and be NICE to people. grrrrrr. brrrrrr
My whine will make you itch.
King Bubba came home from work yesterday covered in hives. Strangest thing, only the areas covered by clothing had rash, and nothing has changed as far as detergents or wardrobe. He never gets hives.
He has been eating a lot of sugar free lozenges because he's got a borderline cold, and is omitting them today. All other foods and medications are normal too, so I'm not sure why this is happening.
What I DO know is that hives make King Bubba a Mr. Crankypants. And that's what makes me whine three octaves higher than a dog can hear.

Addendum to whine:
H1N1 Flu shots are now available to us "normal" folk here, so Saturday is flu shot day. King Bubba is not aware of this (too cranky to be told last night). I think I'll surprise him *evil plotting grin*

k, try to ride out the raincoat urge. In my experience, the cute little raincoat usually ends up shoved to the back of the closet in favor of other things. If it's summer & raining, cute little raincoat is too hot. If it's winter, it's not warm enough (& who really wants to zip that lining in & out all the time?) Just sayin'.
(Grateful to have nothing more serious to whine about today. )

Least)))))))))))))))
King Bubba)))))))))))))))
Ann...
Hives are the pits...I had them only once when I was 13. A fast trip to the ER..they
were inside my throat...everywhere on my body. A shot of antihistamine did
the trick, but we never knew the cause either.
Hugs to all other Whiner's today)))))))))))
To the ones who don't have them...yet...may all your future whines be golden.

Howdy-do to all the whiners.
here 'tis: a pre-holiday season whine
I would love to get away from it all for a few days ....somewhere in the Bahamas would be nice and totally stress free. Oh....and it must be a place with a spa, good food and a steel drum band....voila! Oh...and one more part of this whine: the price needs to be $0000.00.
Don't forget, whiners....that this time of year is one where we in this program of WA need to be most careful to remember to follow a few aspects of the 1st Tradition of WA.
ie. I'll list just a few that are helpful for me:

Our common whines should come first, personal progress for the greatest number of whiners depends upon unity.
Am I willing to respect others' whines? How?
Am I whining with love? How?
When I share, as I complain; am I sharing the entire scope of my whine?
Do I welcome new whiners in the same as my long-time Whiners' Anonymous friends?
