Everybody's decorating!

We have tied our personal record in making 14 pies. It's insanity.

I felt kind of bad, my grandma wasn't really into it, or wasn't able to do much. It made her grumpy. It made me sad driving home wondering if she'll be here for pie out of your ears day next year.

Happy Thanksgiving dudes!

Mornin' all!

Liz...way to GO!!!!! Ditto to what Nel said about it getting better AND easier! You know, hubby and I spoke about my alcoholism a few weeks back and he said he felt that we "had put it behind us". One the one hand, I am very grateful that he forgives me and sees our future as bright. On the other hand, not being alcoholic, I don't think that he understands that I can never put it "behind" me...or it will surely bite me on the a**!

Mornin' Nelsie (our sweet Irrrrishhhhh lassie) Bee, (Yikes, I would have freaked) Bro (Haha...I just noticed "bestest boy"), Gyps (oooo, I like Yoga...you must be WAY cool and calllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllm

Hugs all around!

Hey Bro...given you are computer savvy...within the last few days, while I am typing along, pretty as you please, suddenly the cursor jumps to someplace else and inserts what I'm typing (if that makes sense). What am I doing to cause this? It never happened b4 and it's really annoying....

Feeling OK today, thanks.

Been out for a spin, did a little food shopping. Driving to a meeting tonight, taking the old fella that takes used to take me to meetings.

You don't have an Acer laptop do you? My Mum had one that used to do that, flimsy keyboard at fault. Otherwise it could be that you start typing before the page is fully loaded, slow internet connection.

When I woke up I tried to get back online to come here,

and kept getting blank screens I thought I did

download a virus that killed my computer.

I kept restarting the computer, did that 3 times

still couldn't get on. Then....................

I looked at my cable modem and the power was off,

Hope my whole day doesn't go the same way!!!

I have an ASUS and it happens here or while I'm typing an email, but randomly. So I have to keep an eye on the cursor or I have to go back, delete, move the cursor BACK to the end of the sentence, etc. Don't laugh, but, given we are on an island, would the internet connection vary?

Speaking of denseness, a friend here told me he was asked "Is the island completely surrounded by water?" At least I'm not THAT bad...Heehee
