Ew Ro, that must have been a real mess to clean up, but good thing its not in your belly right now.

Missed everyone tonight, went to meeting, Step 11 and when we went around to read my turn was the paragraph with the St Francis Prayer, it was hard for me to read I kept starting to cry, that prayer is very special to me and I know it was no coincidence that it was that part as my reading tonight. Very grateful for that prayer as a way to live my life in sobriety.

Just finished shopping at Target with my daughter, she needed a baby shower gift. Looks like I will never be a grandmother,

Heading to bed, I'm so tired running on only 2 hrs sleep last night.

Stoney, again I am so proud of you, hope you had a great sober day!!!! Congratulations.

And thanks HOS.

Another day, stuff to do and my HG tonight. No doubt I will need to hit the kivers in between but nevermind.

I am thinking of pushing for a conscience meeting at my HG, we have been trying to get the current group leader to announce it for a while but he never does so I am thinking of suggesting it at the end of the meeting before we close with the SP. The GL should ask "is there any other AA business" thus giving me the opening to speak but I bet he won't so.....is it OK to just come right out with it, should I tell the GL before the meeting that I am gonna do it? It is a different GL tonight so it might be better for me to just suggest the conscience meeting to him before the meeting?

They usually ask at the end but sometimes they don't.

yank the person aside at the beginning of the meeting...

you do have some time at that group correct?

if not, i would wait a bit,

if you have a sponsor in that group, see what they suggest...

or if you want to go real alk'y...

just blurt it out! lol

just be prepared for the results!

I see no problem with raising your hand andrequesting a possible group conscience meeting after the meeting I think that is appropriate. The meetings I go to they do that, they just state that there will be one after this meeting please stay around if you care to be a part of.
