Depressed and discouraged today and in a lot of pain with my lower back - still. Can't afford to go to the chiropractor and have no insurance so will just have to put up with it.

I'm tired today, but excited about seeing my family today for Christmas. Which works out then we see my husbands family on Christmas day.

Feeling a post-Christmas letdown. Sister has left for the airport to go home and i'm home alone and depressed out of nowhere. I had a wonderful Christmas but now am depressed cause it's over....

I'll help revive it! I'm feeling frustrated and angry today over circumstances out of my control, both with people and things.

Sorry your feeling frustrated and angry Least. Can you "let go and let god"?

I know it's easier said then done. But I've been told that it wastes a lot of energy and time that could of been used on something else.

Another frustrating anxious day. Too many worries, financial and otherwise. And to top it all off.... the damn city is cutting down a tree in front of my house!!!

I feel cold today. Can't wait for winter to get over. Got a long wait yet. I think my husbands whine is rubbing off on me. LOL
