Erm I'm okay, but still up and down. I've been tracking my mood faithfully so that should help with a diagnosis when I finally get in to see a pdoc. I'm on a waiting list at present. The Seroquel didn't seem to be hitting the right buttons so I've stopped that and will start Risperadone tonight - same class of drug, though. Overall, I'm pretty good.

my little yorkie is no ***** Bee!! she a lady. does not care for bad boys at all. My husky in a big run and out and about when I am around, walked everyday. Have to be careful around here.......2 of neighbours dogs broke out last night and chased some farmer's sheep. killed 7. cost 1000 euro and the farmer shot the dogs too.

Oh I see Hey Nel, do you know why the slogans are set up to read Live Easy but think first? There is a thread on it, I noticed it set up like that at my meetings but don't know why.

I never heard of the slogans set up like that. its not done like that in my Hg. I am now curious though. I am secretary in the morning, I will set them up like that and get them all going lol.
