Ananda is sounding really good today. She has a game plan, has already started to take action and is sounding confident.

She tried to get hold of her employer today and has plans to stay in rehab for the remaining 30 days.

Realistically there is some wonderful opportunity here!!

I passed on all the wonderful things all of you have said. They mean so much to her right now.

Alley you will have days like that. Drink lots of water or go for a walk and earn some extra points and you can eat a little more

I'm doing ok Pixy still under my points for the day and I have gone under other days, and to be honest I forgot about adding points on for exercise.

I've decided not to talk about the diet anymore because basically it's extremely dull

I can't get motivated to do anymore work today and I'm feeling pretty grumpy to be honest, but I will get over it!
