think I better get my act together.................................
I have to have a bath ,change bed sheets get up for 8am, leave son to work...travel back 10 miles, meet member for coffee and go to meeting for 11am so I better get on with things . or I wont look my best in the morning and as my mother used to say ....."the smile will be the other side of my face then"

I hadn't even watched Jonathon Ross until you told me Eminem was on it.

I remember watching him on Channel 4 about 20 years ago, after that it is all a blank.

The audience keeps going "wooo!" Is that a new thing?

Jeez, is a word I use often and I was happy to be re-aquainted with gobshite, an old favourite.

I have been dying to say **** for a while but maybe that is self indulgent of me? I have to go feed the gerbil now.

rather bored at the moment but no desire to drink. Boredom is a trigger to me so it's good not to feel tempted now.

OMG, two of them out of Take That, I can't tell the difference between them, they are just dumb.

Also, how come when Robbie Williams got his huge contract....was it so he would shut up? He has made one song since.
