I think RZ and Dee broke it. 
I specifically asked for RL (Rude Lady) at the store, Zipperman, but she wasn't there. In her place was teenaged gum chewer who wanted to charge me for a bag (we pay for bags here now to encourage reusable bags)...anyway, she wanted to charge me for a bag when I brought my old box in to the store in a bag already. Just gimme my bag back GCK (Gum Chewing Kid)
And...you'll love this...when hook-up guys came to deliver and hook up the TV, they told me I really needed another special surge protecting cable (at $199 and they just happened to have some in the truck) or my TV wouldn't be covered by warranty if it conked out during a storm or power failure/power burst thing. The cable plus their fee for delivering and hooking up this beauty, ended up costing me $300.
I really really miss the old RCA that got about 20 stations and that was all I needed...and lasted 25 years.

I am sick and tired of these barking dogs in my house. The bark at the drop of a hat and keep waking me up when I'm sleeping. I even bought barking collars so they would stop but I think it just makes them bark more. Love these guys but Hate their barking.

Rainy Sundays gives me pause to whine....today I am going to hit a Studio Tour (artist's studios) to try to find a good buy in some art. I've been looking at galleries here and have found some local artists who have created some lovely paintings of the area beauty...just what I need to hang behind my sofa.
I'm thinking that to visit their own studios, I may find a better deal than in the Art Galleries that sell them (no middleman usually means bargain prices).
As I check the addresses, preparing to leave around noon...my three favourite artists are showing their art...get this...at galleries!!! Now if I wanted to see their work at a gallery, I can go anytime and look. Soooooo...these artist have just annoyed Queenie enough that I will stick to the Studio's and hopefully spend my money there, if I can find what I want.

Why is it when we are raising kids and we don't want to be like our parents, when they get older we wish we did do as our parents did. They don't know how to do anything or is it that they know we will end up doing it anyway so why should they. Grrrrr. I don't know how they would survive if I wasn't here to pick up after them. By the way they are really adults 22 and 20. And truthfully they would do just well if I wasn't here looking after them. This is all my fault and I know it, I spoiled them rotten by doing everything for them their whole life. Now I expect something different and I'm not getting it. Blah, blah blah. just venting.

Thanks for the photos espresso. I must say, Obama is our most presidential looking president since Kennedy...and, that's not just because I voted for him. I like Michelle and the girls, too.
