Just got home from meeting, and found 2 of them little critters running loose on my kitchen floor, Smashed the heck out of them!!! I used white vinegar last night and washed floor and around doorways this morning, to no avail, they are still popping up. Let me know about the Borax and dogs please or I will have to look it up, dread!!!

Paul you are very quiet today, not the perky turkey you have been. Please don't make me get worried again. I'm tired of doing that. Hope your headache goes away, It's allergy season here and my son's allergies are killing him but he has a hard head, won't take his med for them. He did mow the lawn, hooray and came in, in a really nasty mood. Told me he was tired and had to mow the lawn so I wouldn't complain. Poor baby!!!! At 22 I was working, cleaning house, going out at night dancing until 3 in the morning, then up at 7 for work again. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!! Uh oh, this is not whiners, I keep forgetting. Sorry.

Hey Donna I'm glad that son of yours cut the lawn as he promised. Tell him to take his damn meds if he's got a headache due to allergies! Boys!
It's such a beautiful night here. I power-walked with my sponsee for about 45 minutes while we talked about our HP and stuff. I'm gonna watch 24 now - I downloaded it earlier.

I hope your headaches calm down for you. Does a warm cloth on your head help? Have a good night; or maybe it's almost morning for you. I forgot how many hours apart we are.

When the headaches come, all I can do is take some tablets and lie in a dark room for a few hours, I usually fall asleep and when I wake up the pain is gone but I feel spaced out...they are not normal headaches, I have had normal headaches. I was pretty close to hitting my Doc in the head with a brick last time, so he could get an idea of the pain involved. I hope they pass soon. I find it hard to be cheerful when in pain.
So, this morning I am gonna try to get my mind right as I have woken in a sad mood. For me, tuning into my HP is the same as mindfulness and I haven't been doing it.
I will have some breakfast and a bath and then go to my meeting, it is raining but I have an umbrella, lol.

Okay the last sentence made me laugh, I'm sorry. I was feeling awful for you and then you're like - oh, the umbrella comment caught me off guard. I'm so sorry, Paul. About the headache and sad mood - not the rain. What do you bloody expect, living in England LOL.

Stone, sorry about the headaches, talk to your Doc about them, maybe he can give you some prescription meds for them. Another meeting today, YAY how many does that make in one week?
No rain here, 85/90 today and I have to mow the back yard
