Thanks Stone for posting this as I didn't know it was out. I only got Vista a year ago (no probs with it) so I'm not getting 7 yet but I just found this:
"Representatives of Microsoft estimated in 2007 that Windows 7 would have a three-year development time frame following the release of its predecessor Windows Vista, but that the release date would ultimately be determined by product quality"
Happy Easter Bottomies

Nearly 1:30 in the morning and I'm awake. I haven't been on Bottoms for a while and thought I would check in. It's good to see you guys. I hope that K is having a good weekend at her Mom's and that her daughter showed up as planned. She really was looking forward to seeing her.
I had Easter dinner at my Mom and Dad's. Mom made a terrific dinner which was nice but my Dad sequestered himself in his room all afternoon because he's mad at my brother, and my brother isn't talking to one of my sisters. Then another sister unexpectedly arrived, and she was crying because she and her husband are in the middle of a separation which is leaning towards a divorce. It was all kind of chaotic and I was grateful to have seen everyone, and for the meal, but I was glad to have somewhere to go.
I drove home, and my girlfriend picked me up - together we hit a meeting and it was a good one. A boy even asked me out on a date! Very exciting - it's been nearly 9 months since I've been involved with anyone (please don't bring up the Injun, he doesn't count) and I'm enjoying the butterflies.
Gyps, I'm sorry that you keep encountering these problems at home. I can't imagine how trapped you must feel, as it sounds very much as though you are being controlled. Like IO, I wish there were something I could do. You're a good person and I care about you and it hurts to see you go through this.
Hi to Tan and Sis and Scott (great job on the credit!) and Stone and Espresso and I think I saw Nelco here and Least and anyone I may have missed.
I'm starving - I knew I shouldn't have skipped dessert.

In otherwords they have no idea if they will be able to make a product that works within the time constraints they have defined. LOL
Ro is going on a date with a boy! Oooooh! Are ya gonna kiss him Ro?
Scott and Ess, Windows 7 aint out yet, it won't be released for about 6 months I reckon (roughly 3 years of development cynical Scotty) . If you look at the screenshot I posted it says "evaluation copy" in the bottom right.

Hiya groupies.
I skipped yoga this morning. I have been SO tired. I get plenty of sleep and I'm still tired. Been grumpy too. So I'm going to see my dr tomorrow morning. Maybe my hormones are off? I don't know. And my anxiety level has been higher too. But I went for a long walk last night and didn't have any sleep anxiety. For that I am grateful!
I hope you all have a great Monday. I have to go to Sociology. We have a big huge test on Wednesday. 6 chapters!
