Speaking of 10....my 10th step is showing up some not so nice stuff

So..now i have a meeting with my sponsor at 10am sunday morning....until then she has asked that i practice "restraint of tounge and pen"

I don't know if I can do that.....

Previously to this sobriety, i tended to be very restrained and as a result many friendships and relationships became vry messy because no one ever saw it coming when i was bothered.

But perhaps i have swung too far the other direction....

anyhow...it will be helpful to sit down with someone, review the exact behviors and stuff...and determine where to go from here...but the worst is that we will have to deal with my fears......god I hate talking about my fears..it's sorta like letting the geni outof the bottle....

Hey nands I dont know much about the steps and stuff but have heard time and time again that they work. So I suppose if restraint is what you've been told to do then just go with it.

I have been having my fair share of cravings but I am coping pretty well

I had finally decided to get myself out in the fresh air and now I have to wait in for a delivery I don't mind though its for my course in July which will lead to me meeting you and Nands so I'm pretty excited about it.

I will make a deal with you Nands you can have some of my restraint if I can have some of your attitude!

Are you back to harrasing Dee ?

Morning all :ghug

Had bad cravings yesterdaybut was to angry and upset about it all to drink and didn't really have the time either.

I cant believe how late I stayed up last night/this morning. Drinking would never have allowed that.

Well I got up early ish (getting up late yesterday upset me for the whole day ) got dressed was out the door by 9.15. I need to find somewhere else to keep my pony thats cheaper than I am paying now if I have any hope of keeping her. There is a dirt track not far from home that is very rural and has a few houses and lots of land. I drive along it sometimes and dream that I will live there or somewhere like that one day soon. Anyway I went there this morning to enquire about grazing for coco.

There is one lovely country house that has lots of land and Peacocks!! Yes real Peacocks! They have available for me to rent my own field and it's £25 cheaper a month. It's in the middle of no where and close to the beach, you can actually see the beach from the land.

I'm allowed to put a non fixed stable on the land as well.

I'm so happy I could drink

Of course you can

I dont ride much but that was mostly due to where she is kept at the moment. It's too near the road. This new place is so rural all you can hear is the birds and Peacocks!!

The stables where I am now have a lot of young girls that all get bitchy with each other and I just cant be doing with it. This new place is so peaceful. I can't wait to show you and Nands
