lol well done on the letting go.
I understand the mindset and I agree 30 days is a dangerous time, I would almost say I am sick of getting to 30 days except it gives my poor battered body time to recover.
I'm a bit stuck on what to do after you have done all the right things lol and they havent worked.
I am going to bed sober tonight so what else can I ask for (lots and lots of things but I dont think Im going to get them tonight).
I will happily settle for sober!

You make them work this time, (talking to myself here too) or try other things.
I know exactly what you mean though, I have thought that myself, often.

I don't seem to be so anxious this morning. I have been up all night, the nap I had yesterday evening is responsible for that.
I am installing Windows 7 on my laptop for something to do then I will need a lie down I reckon.
