I thought that said Special Edition Pot Heads.

I need contacts when it gets late at night and I have been staring at a screen all day and crunching numbers. I dont like the way these numbers taste.

My plan is to drive yep. I hope it's not too long of a drive. Is 3-4 hours about right? Please factor in the time zone difference. I'll have to look in to the facilities. I have a feeling we'll be doing a lot of yoga and discussion and hopefully eating!

TT in the morning. Need to get horizontal and rest my bones even if I can't sleep. My insomnia is even worse when he is a dick wad, add in his snoring which I am positive he does on purpose, and just the negative energy of being ignored. Not conducive to rest. I should stay on the couch but it's chilly in the living room.

Also... the teen is not home from her friends house yet. I would feel more at ease if she would just get in already.

Good night peeps .

Well, today is tomorrow . I do plan on having a better day IO.

I am getting in the shower and getting ready to go to yoga. I cannot believe it's the last day already. 500 + hours of training. A year sure went by quickly!

Then... Easter Vigil tonight. I will bring whichever kids want to come. Most likely the older 3.

If I have time I'll check back in before I leave.

Slept good last night and woke up without the headache I had all day yesterday. Neighbors come home today and get their dogs. It'll feel strange only having my two after having four dogs running around all week.

Supposed to be warmer and sunny today so will walk the dogs. Rain all day yesterday but thank God not today. Slow day here, nothing planned so will just enjoy doing nothing.

Hi Guys, well i still feel like crap even though I'm smoking. My feelings are reminding me of my early recovery from when i stopped drinking. God.

I see my Dr. on Monday. I'm gonna ask him about that quit smoking drug Chantix. See if that helps.

Going to my meeting tonight. Hopefully my sponsee shows up. I haven't seen her since last Sunday. So i don't know.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. Probably be going over to my sisters tomorrow for Easter dinner.

YO
For those who are trying not to smoke.
If you call 800 try to quit or stop and tell them you are in recovery they will send free "patches" to help w quitting.
I have several surgical things going on in the near future and they are breaking my ba**s to quit smoking as the healing process is really effected by smoking.
I have heard that chantix works for some, but it is an antidepressant and I already take some. (mebby it is just welbutrin? - not sure) I tried it and it didnt work for me but I was still drinking at the time. Antidepressants and booze apparently dont work real well ! Lol

I think that is about right on the time.
The Berkshires are about 3 hrs from me, NYC and LI are 4-5ish depending on traffic.
The ferry from LI (Jeffsport ?) is a quick shot around the city and 91 will take you right up to springfield, MA and the mass pike otherwise I would think it would be a nice ride up through the poconos.
