i've been alittle unsettled today by 60 minutes last night. the first story was about these folks who have not been able to continue dialysis, cancer, life threatening disease treatments after UNC shut the doors on their clinic due to economy - they don't have any health insurance. one of them was a single mom with a 2 kids like 8 and 14. the next story was about how the iranian govt tortures people, very gruesome. then! dolly parton came on, the reason i was even watching in the first place and told this weird story about how when she was little living on the farm, she laid in the pigpen with all the baby piggies and NURSED herself on the mom pig!!!!! 
all of it, a bit unnerving. but i do feel a bit better since i talked about it i guess....

I think we should tell SR that it is an infringement on out freedom of expression that we are not allowed to use more than 3 smilies anymore !

K, I would have found that episode of 60 minutes really upsetting too. Especially the health care stories. Health care should be the LAST place to make cuts IMO.
And the story about Dolly? Was just wrong in so many ways. Maybe that's why she's got those big bazoombas? Pig's milk and all .. dunno.

Busy busy day here. Lots of driving around, playing taxi for two of my kids. Good appt with my shrink tho, he's a kind and smart man and I dread the day he retires. I wish I could have him cloned and send the clones (send in the clones
) to all you looking for a good shrink, especially Bamboozle and Stoney. He's wonderful. Wish I could share him with you all.
Now my busy day is over and I'm relaxing in front of the computer. Better brush the dogs' teeth, I forgot to do so this morning.

?
I was just about passed out by the blood test. I had stashed a banana and an energy bar in my bag to eat on the way to teach the kids class. Physical was good. My bp was normal finally. My EKG and rest of exam was good he said. No problems. I gained 3 lbs since last year... 99 now
. I'll get the results of the blood test in a few days. I wonder how my cholesterol is with eating ice cream every chance I can ?
I took 3 classes today... taught one. I should go and rest afer I eat some cookies, chocolate and milk. The kids ate all the eggs so I can't even make an omelet ova heah.
