Rats!

Stone - how the heck could you be sick already if you talked to a close-talker last night? Those things usually have 3-7 day incubation period.

Just sayin'.

And Tan - Gravol is an anti-nauseant. Send hubby to pharmacy for something. Just be careful taking it. Primarily makes me tired but I used to take a few at a time, push myself past feeling tired, and would get buzzed.

3-7 days, :mock:!

You might wanna check your facts there Rolo....

From the time a cold virus enters the nose, it takes 8-12 hours for the viral reproductive cycle to be completed and for new cold virus to be released in nasal secretions. This interval is called the incubation period.

Cold symptoms can also begin shortly after virus is first produced in the nose (10-12 hours).
Understanding the Common Cold: How Cold Virus Infection Occurs

Aso, the incubation for some infections can be as short as 2 hours, stomach flu for example. :smug:

Hi Barb.

Sorry Scaredy. I hope it stops hurting soon.

****{Poor Stoney}}}

I told my teacher I am NOT up to teaching the flow. She told me to go practice in the yoga room. I did about a half a sun salutation and told her I just can't. I'm not afraid of teaching... I'm afraid of screwing it up and I screwed the salutations up so much on Monday I can't even pretend to be enthusiastic about it. As expected, she said if I don't teach, I can't sub next week. I told her I knew that was the risk I was taking by chickening out. She said I could teach a Hatha and if I was feeling it... throw in some salutations.

So... I have to leave for that in about 15 minutes. Even though she's letting me teach Hatha, I still don't feel like it today. She said she has to teach even when she doesn't feel like it. OK fine... but she KNOWS what she's doing!

I'm outta here to teach. It's a practice teach so no cash and no hours added to my Yoga Alliance grid.

I think I'm meeting Damon at Home Depot to get the baseboards for the jail cell after class. I hope so... we have a ton of food in the other house that needs to get organized ova heah!

Bye peeps .
